Early in his career, Robb worked in a "mom-n-pop shop" and immediately knew retail management was for him. In college and beyond, he gained over seventeen years of invaluable experience at the campus store as student worker, textbook manager, and store director. Since then, he has worked in direct-to-consumer marketing, events, brand management, and business development. With gratitude for the opportunity to now use his experiences and skills to serve the colleagiate retail industry through NACS education, Robb continually strives for IMPACT: Intentionality. Robb is an ambivert (gets his energy from people and from being alone). He enjoys playing piano, completing [difficult] 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzles, and hanging out with his wife, grown children and extended family.
