Communities are the joy and reason of my work. Strong technical and teaching skills are my tools. Communication skills, creativity, and new media are my connection. While I use initiative and leadership to make things happen, I rely on my work ethics to help me set and live up to an example and strive to the ultimate goal: the success of each individual within the community.
